About the Program

LQ™ Listening Intelligence Coach Certification is offered as a live facilitated virtual training that meets weekly for three consecutive weeks.*

In addition to Certification training, participants will receive the accompanying LQ™ training curriculum, Listening Intelligence for Leaders & Teams (LIFT™). LIFT™ provides a comprehensive intact Listening Intelligence training program for a competitive professional distinction.

*Program can be delivered as a two-day, in person training upon request.
