We believe listening is the most underestimated competitive advantage in business.

We exist to make listening measurable, teachable, and immediately actionable for every professional, every team, and every organization that wants to perform at its best.

Our story:
Navigating the gap between what's said and what's heard.

LQ was built on a simple but powerful observation: when people hear the same information, they often walk away with a very different interpretation of what was said. This explains why capable, dedicated professionals frequently realize they’re not aligned when they initially believed they were. Listening remains the skill professionals are taught the least, leading to what appears as a performance problem but is actually a breakdown in communication.

What We Believe

Our Core Tenets

Listening is a cognitive skill

LQ takes listening from an unnoticed habit to a deliberate skill that changes how people connect, collaborate, and make decisions

Listening is half the communication equation

Most focus on speaking. We train how people actually listen: the cognitive key to clarity, trust, and results.

LQ™ goes beyond Active Listening

Our SCAN™ model builds presence and agility so that professionals can adapt in real time and connect where it counts.

LQ™ transforms teams

Listening Intelligence helps teams align faster, embrace various perspectives, and perform with greater purpose and impact.
